Micro Dog ID has ceased operating a Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) compliant database under the Microchipping of Dogs (England) Regulations 2015. Greyhound name to be recorded (not pet name). Chip code must be recorded. Section B to be completed by Retired Greyhound Trust or other animal charity.
Section C to be completed by new individual keeper of the greyhound.

Anyone wishing to transfer the microchip details from Microdog ID UK to another registered Microchip database should contact that database directly. On the GBGB retirement form record a note in the ‘additional comment’ box to the effect you wish to transfer to whatever database.
